Business learner portal participant notice

Pre-launch draft. This portal must not receive real learner information until the privacy decision record and this notice have been approved.

The bounded portal holds your name, email address, cohort membership, sign-in and security records, the Module 1 verification log, corrected briefing, two checkpoint copies and submission timing. Your facilitator can see your submitted work. Other learners cannot.

Your facilitator sends the one-time sign-in link using the email or chat channel already used for the course. That channel keeps its own copy under its provider and organisation policies.

The portal provides a download of its own records. A statutory rights response may also need a manual search of facilitator and offline copies.

The final purposes, lawful bases, rights contact, controller roles, processor and transfer details, retention justification, special-category handling and complaint route remain decisions in support/portal-privacy-decision-record.md.
